Itunes Problem...

Every time I try to add songs through itunes i get this error message."The mobile phone "MATT" cannot be updated. The required file is locked."
Everytime i try to use Mototunes i get this error message
"Access violation at address 00501B10 in module 'moto_tunes.exe'. Read of address 00000000."
What am i doing wrong. By the way i installed the new itunes with the black skin. I also read the guide on itunes and mototunes and did that but that didnt work.
My firmware is R4517_G_08.C4.1ER.:confused:

well i uninstalled my itunes because i was having problems with it and intalled the itunes on the guide with the black skin. I installed it correctly and everything. I then switched to memory card mode. Then i installed mototunes and opened it and thats when i when the error. Itunes automatically opened up as well and thats when i got the error from that.
Its probably just my firmware or just my phone tho...

Hmm. Sounds like you need to follow the Making MotoTunes work guide (http://www.modmymoto.com/guides/slvr/mototunes.php).

PC iTunes works only with the original iTunes SLVR. You have to use motoTunes as poetic_folly already said.

i have used itunes but it cant read my itunes database and it says file acess denied.

Reformat the card using your phone. instructions are included in the manual
