Accidentally posted this in the Linux forum, oops.

It recognizes it as a USB removable disk and Motorola Phone if I plug it in normally. But if I try to start the phone in bootloader mode and connect it, I get "unknown device" errors. I've tried the "clean and install" option of the Motorola drivers, no joy.

This is driving me crazy, I'm a Linux guy and can't flash my Linux phone from Linux, I have to use cruddy Microsoft tools which, as usual, don't work properly. Sigh. Anyone have any way to do this properly, especially under Linux?

Why you blame microsoft?; maybe it's your system or you. Here we are too many people that flashed our phone that way and without problems.

Check the attach file, it contains some extra drivers that may help you.
