yuuz SEEM edit (question)

looked at seem edit tutorial and cannot makes heads or tails from it
could someone help explain this line to me what do i need to change

So, to change it, just edit seem 0032_001
Offset 82 bit 6 - “WAV_UI_AVAILABLE” - “KEYTONE” (check it)
Offset 6D bit 6 - “INTERPRETE_KEY_PRESS_AVAILABLE” (check it)

download the seem using P2kman then open it with xvi32 then hit CTRL+G then type in 82(make sure its hexadecimal) when the bit is highlighted go to tools--> bit manipulation then tick bit 6, then do the same with offset 6D(using CTRL+G),anymore questions ask them here and either myself or one of the other forum members will be able to help
