Hmm. An MP isn't working? A PDS repair and flash will be fine if you can't MP right now...

ahhh RUUUD!! crappy, yeah hopefully a MP will pull it back. Otherwise wheres that PDS backup?

i made a back up folowing some guide at another forum some time ago... i am not sure if it's a full back up or a pds... i forget these things, how can i see what it is?

it's is a custom back up... it whas men't go in a MP i wanted to make, but never did...
Edit... ok hold on
OK everything goes wrong now... my internet conection just died... so i whas gone for a few minutes...lol
anyway the file is a bin file and is 14,976KB large i will upload in a sec

Sounds like a flex to me. Thats probably not going to fix it. :(
I whas using the video guide Lazy202 made on creating a custom Mp. i only did the First part and yes i remember now.. it's a flex. so no need for me to upload i quess?

uh, you need someone with a smart clip to rebuild the pds.

Yes i did make more than one following all the guides i could find...
But i have had some computer problems and lost almost every thing including my backup backups.
And ofcourse i didn't make any new ones...

Its possible some repair shops might have one, basically a smartclip hooks up to the phone and can unlock, rebuild/repair pds among a few other things.
user hagan has one... I just got a phone back from him. :)

bummer man. don't sweat it, it happens to everyone. I bet you'll make backups religiously now. I do.
Yeh... i am not really upset... only thing my son is in Germany at the moment and i don't like it if he can not get in touch with me... so i see if i can dig up one of my old phones.
(i just moved and a lot is still in boxes)

This happened to me before,I had to flash a bootloader,drm,s/w,and a flex seperately.I think one of those was deleted.
You can flash a bootloader apart from the rest??? i have no bootmode any more the keypad lights up when the beterry is in, but thats it

What Bl n firmware was on it? generally when this stuff happens its best flash back exactlywhat was on there prior to brickage. Even sometimes while in the brick state, you can make a PDS backup.
07.D0 i am reading the Backup the PDS on a Bricked V3 guide right now and will try that later today. also i am reading mr.bucket unbrick guide to see if it gets me anywhere.
I have a question though... would a full back up of another V3 do any good to me???
@Jack: yeh m8 i did, but it won't do me any good as the phone won't go on.. after i put the baterry in, the keypad lights up and that's it... but thanks for you're effort on the chat thingy last night anyway:D:clap::thumbsup:

Nope because the full b/u contains the pds from another phone, which you cannot use.

I found a shop with a smart clip, but they were closed on mondays:confused:
So tomorrow i need to go back there...
