iTunes Menu On R4513 V360 Confirmed

1. Choose any of the R4513 RSA Removed firmwares here (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=4) or your RSA Removed backup containing CG1, CG3, CG7, and CG18.

2. Split it with SHXCodec (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=2018).

We are going to replace the IRDALink into ITUNES.

3. Open CG1 in hex editor and search for hex values
495244414C696E6B0000000000000000000000000000000000 0000001400001CFFFF00E5
and change it to
4954554E455300000000000000000000000000000000000000 00000014000076FFFFFFFF

4. Save it and just select No when asked to back up the original CG1.smg file.

5. Open SBF-Recalc1.2 (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=296) and click Open CG -Folder and locate it to the folder where you split the firmware or your backup with SHXCodec.

6. Click Recalc Checksum then click Create SHX-File. Let it finish and close the program.

The new SHX file will be located in the SHX-FlashFile folder in your CG folder.

Of note, make sure your current mma_ucp does not contain IRDA before flashing or your menu will not work.

7. Flash it with RSD Lite 3.0.

8. Now make your own mma_ucp following this guide (http://www.modmymoto.com/guides/slvr/custommenucreation.php). Put the iTunes menu icon where you like or inside Multimedia.

9. Upload the new mma_ucp and restart phone. The result is the image below.

Another thing...if you prefer Media Viewer, or you have both corelets you can rename the string with dynamic promts (dnp.prf file) and change the drm icon...

By the way these shx files only have the firmware CodeGroups (cg1, 3, 7, 18) so they only update your firmware without touching the other CGs.

BTW: B7R doesn't have permission to corelets, this reflash is patched with no corelet restriction, but you have to upload the j2me domain registry.sm to make it work. i have not found how to add system sounds on ABR yet. only on R44419, R4513...5DR and 5ER only. maybe soon.

So far as i know we wont use the same guide as here in m3...
We have to find the sounds in the flash....something lke e398.
I know that cause i have done it and worked when tryed kaiser V3.
But such a dumb i didnt like kaiser v3 and forgot how i did...

you can check if the firmware supports system sounds by checking the CG1 using Syssound 4.0.2 (http://www.e398mod.com/content/view/91/28/)

the only firmwares that has it are R44419's and R4513_5DR and 5ER. i'm not sure about the V360 as it has more available firmwares. but i am sure that ABR and ACR does not have it.

Well , i'm 100% sure, but i think until now it's not possbile replace the system sounds in ABR or ACR. Not been discovered yet.
Vassio's Syssound doesn't work with those firms..

Like UGunit say, it is possible with B7R and 5AR (i think 86R also).

Did you modify the CG1 offsets? 'cause when your icons disappear is because the "animation" option is set it on, but if you modify the cg1 you replace the animation function to USB Charge.

The function would be the usb charge, but in the menu it remains saying "animation", for that reason you have to overlap the string with a dnp.prf file done with language editor.

If your icons keep disappearing i think it means the function continues being animation...

yes i did that. its working good just that when you tried to off and put it on then the icons are disappearing. the only thing to solve this is to restart phone. it's really cool though. it looks just like R44419.

Then you have to modify some offset in seem 0032_0001:

Offset 1E bit 3: "Animation"

Offset 72 bit 7: "Dynamic Prompts".

Then you have to make a dnp.prf file with Language Editor, you have to replace the string "animation" to "USB Charge". The string of animation is 0037. The dnp.prf must be uploaded in the "a/" directory.
