Hi FOlks.... Does anyone know how to check / set the stereo levels on my MOTO fone .... V360 ...

I have the USB-mini plug headset - and clearly one channel is much softer than the other .. Have I a faulty headset, or are my stereo levels in the v360 not set correctly...
Have tried the 'gaintable editor' proggy - but maybe not using it correctly ...
Also - have tried another v360 - with the same problem... Wonder what the problem is???... can anyone help please??..
Regards - sabspencer....

Is your miniUSB headset a genuine Motorola?

Hi giany911 - I hope so... it says Motorola on the packaging, and also on the microphone click switch... but one never knows really these days- what with all the chinese copying... (I will tell you a quick story about that .... a wizmo - is the actual electronic device that WAVECOM - in france - make... so that if you build a unit - you can like make your own cell fone up ... huh?.. and then the actual cell fone thing - is called a wizmo... and made by WAVECOM... anyhow - the chinese got a hold of one of these - and cribbed it so exactly - that not even the engineers at WAVECOM - could tell the difference between the orignal unit - and the cribbed unit)... so I am hoping against all odds that I actually have a genuine part... is there any other way - to tell the diffs...?? please...

Well non-genuine Motorola headsets act like yours. I had the same problem, a mini-USB headset i could barely hear. This (http://www.accesoriitelefoane.ro/produse/handsfree-stereo-pentru-motorola-.php) is it.
