will it ever be possible to put my faves on a older v3
and will it ever be possible to have itunes on a v3 and if it is can you post results

not sure about MyFaves but itunes on a v3 is definitely not possible

It's not possible to put iTunes on a V3 because of the space. A V3 only has 10mb of space. That's not even 3 songs.

My faves should work on any phone, its carrier dependant, not phone dependant.

Just some phones have the GUI for myfaves.

maybe thats a bit extravagant...
motorola phone tools' melody manager (or whatever) made my 5mb "toxicity.mp3" into just over 1mb...

but i agree that Itunes on a v3 would be totaly pointless

Extravagant or not, it's still not many songs. There's no point in having iTunes for 8 songs.

Yeah. You can have My Faves, but not the interface unless it's on a my faves phone.

Someone would have to create a mock "My Faves" interface.

Just some phones have the GUI for myfaves.

But that feature MUST be activated on a MYFaves handset. AT LEAST ONE CALL MUST BE MADE from a MYFaves enabled handset. If not, the features will be in limbo, and WILL NOT activate.

MyTmobile will show it as activated, but your bill will not.
