I can´t change the ring style, please help

Hi, I cannot access to this menu, when I entry it returns me to the menu, what can i do?

Use p2ktools, click all silent button, delete the two .db files in the audio directory, and then restart phone.

uh, i have the same problem i think, and i tried what you told giordan14 to do but it still doesnt work. what happens is when i try to access the loud details it jumps back to the settings page.
please help!

Try using the side buttons on your phone to turn your phone to silent first. Then follow apristel's instructions. Sometimes this is what I have to do.
