help wih re boot software problem

i ve got a moto slvr and it s not been messed about with just used it normal no upgrades ! now it doiesn t turn on or charge 6 months old no damage ! so i swap the battery with my friends phone and it starts with a black screen and some with writing about a software re boot an put a usb thing etc etc i dont know as i am not a technical person! please help !

i tell u more i flash my motoe2 but when restart after that does start just charge the initial screen so tell me what i fo wrong and how ai fix
