I have an L7 that whenever I press the camera or video button, I get the "busy. Try again" message. If I press it again, it would just go to photo viewfinder for a second and then go back to my home screen again. Can anyone help?

do you have any other applications open aside from your camera or video? if so, you'll have to close those first.

no. This is even when I first turn on the phone with nothing else running.

Sounds like you may need to flash a new software version on there.

yes...that is the problem...i flashed a copy of a backup i had from earlier, but you can just flash a stock mp...

let me give you more details. I have a Cingular L7. I haven't done too much mods on it except to edit some seems but that's about it. Before modding, I did backup with flashback 3 program that has been registered. I did use RSD 3.0 to reflash to the backed up flash but problem still occurs. Couldn't figure this thing out.

If the problem was ocurring before you created your backup... then flashing your backup is not going to help. Try flashing the original Cingular f/w (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=357)
