Please help me with my E770v.

I have a Motorola E770v with R252211_U_85.97.C3P firmware.

Whenever i try to flash it with any other fw , it shows me either a "critical error 84" or sometimes the flash is successful , but the phone reboots and displays " INSERT SIM ".
And if i turn off the phone and then turn it on, it goes to "flash mode and shows code currupt".

I tried flashing it with RSD Lite v 4.1,Flash&Backup and even radiocomm.

in RSD it shows " phone failed initial security checks.while in F&B it shows critical error at ereasing memory stage.
While in radiocomm it shows a warning at the end " Re boot failed"

please help me.

Rsd 4.1 is most likely to be a virus or a trojan or something cause the latest known version of it IS : RSD LiTE 4.01, I suggest to use 3.6 or 3.9

sir as u suggested i tried it with rsd lite 3.6 . I could successfully flash it,
but after powering on it stops on the insert sim ( even if the sim is inserted ) screen that too with very low graphics.
I have read in many forums that in such cases u need to repair PDS.
But this phone is connected as a " Rainbow POG" and for pds repair u need " NEPTUNE LTE". How can i do that?

Since you successfully flash, it isn't a pds error. I think the sim card or its slot have problem. Better clean the slot and try with a different sim.
