Screen not working

hey guys just changed the housing on my V3, followed detailed ( with pics )instructions to the tee. the problem is everything on the phone works except the inside and outside scrren wont turn on. I took the fone apart again and made sure the wires were connected properly and still couldnt solve the problem any help gratefull

same thing happened to me. found that i broke the flex ribbon in the hinge. bought new keypad and problem fixed

that's exactly what i was gonna say. check the flex cable first. they are very brittle.
