Up until i tried the flashing felxing technique and installer libusb and flasher, Moto4lin worked, to some extent. but now, it wont even connect i cant even do diff temp temp2 | grep cu in the terminal. Can someone help. Mind you, im on an intel mac.

That should have had nothing to do with it, I have done all that (obviously--the screenshots you're looking at are my computer :) and everything is still connected. Is your phone charging?

I assume nothing has changed in your Moto4Lin preferences? If the diff temp temp2 string is not working, then the phone is probably not connecting.. hmm. Which phone do you have? And was the flash successful?

Doesn't sound like you were using Windows on your Intel Mac as you stated using terminal to flash/flex. You might still have a chance to get back your USB fax/data command via Windows. Wished I had a Intel Mac that I could use Win to mod my hp as I don't have access to my USB menu anymore. Try using Win and see if it works and keep us posted. Pity us Mac users don't have access to the s/wares needed that PC users have.

Yeah I'm working on that, but we're talking months rather than days. :/

My computer is a Mac Mini and My cell is a Motorola V330. Before i tried flashing, Moto4lin worked partially. it would recognize my phone, but gave me errors for veiwing the drives and the files and version info.

Was the flash successful? HAve you double checked to make sure you are still in data/fax mode?

You could try getting Virtual PC for your Mac. I wrote a procedure using all the currently available PC modding software to mod my phone on my Mac. My step-by-step guide is on this same forum. I'm learning the ins and outs of making skins right now.
