MPT and Vista?

Anyone having sucess with MPT and Vista? MPT will not recognise my phone (V3xxv) and also cannot get Commander to connect either.

I got mine to work v3 though, in vista.

just make sure you have the latest version of MPT... live update to 4.21b or something

yea i was having trouble too....but i decided to go back to xp i like xp better usses less memory....and doesnt ask you to allow windows update to connect to microsoft LOL

Just turn off the User Account Control in the user accounts in Vista... you won't get that. Don't knock it until you learn how to use it!!! ;)

well heres what i did.

1)Had vista RTM installed with my maxx connecting, then i jacked it up when cracking the os. So i re-installed vista

2)Reinstalled vista didnt work with my maxx

3)Reinstalled once more with success :)

The moral of my story...Reinstall vista.
