linux ftp for a1200

i've just trying to get into my a1200 from the linux terminal
ftp 192.168.16.2
but it doesn't connect... what else do i need?

Install
smbd
sshd
netcontrol
and the program "rede compartilhada"
in your PC install analogX and start.
