Problem with MPT

Hi I juz got my V3xx lastweek and along with the MPT. However whenever I tried connecting my phone to the MPT it just kept on saying "Initilizing..." I left it connected for like 2 hrs and come back it still says the same. When I unplugged my phone the MPT still says the samething too. Does anyone know how can I solve this.

I just got the V3xx myself and have not tried it yet. I had simmilar problems when I first got MPT. Make sure your phone is open and on of cource when you fire up MPT. I also deleted MPT and reinstalled it with the phone open and thats when it found my V3 phone. Some times you have a bad cord also. I use my bluetooth connection because I have it for my keyboard and mouse at the USB hub. If you have bluethooth it seems to find it easier at least it did with mine. I will try my V3xx tomorrrow and let you know if it works for me. I hope I helped
