W490 Stewpad's MP Install - Help!

I hope someone can help. I am in the U.S. and have Tmobile for a carrier. I have a few questions maybe someone could advise?

Stewpad's MP: I orginally heard about this when i was looking to get my Delay Answer feature turned on, but this has so much more including something called Talking Phone, which sounds cool. But will it work for my W490? When i download it the file created is a .RAR file and I have no software to flash my phone with. can someone give me a link to do this?

Unlocking: The instructions I got from my carrier doesnt bring up the ENTER CODE like it should. I dont have anyone that i know that uses a different carrier with a sim. Is there a way to make it happen with a tmobile sim other than what was recommended.

Okay, got the phone unlocked :0 Still need the 411 on Stewpad's MP

Okay, fell like an idiot but RAR is a arch.

Decompressed the file - now does any one know a good SHX uploader?

Flash and Backup 3.07 in our downloadsection, P2K tools VS 3, also in the DL, and RSD Lite, you have to google that one, its copyrighted and we don't host it, but its the preferred program by most.

Somebody posted the 0032_0001 seem from a W510 in one of the threads in this section, and that seem gives the W490 the Talking Phone option along with a bunch of other stuff. It's very easy to upload using P2KTools VS, too.

I am try to use Flash Backup to back up my phone, but it doesnt seem to have a compatable device listed, and it always errors out when trying to JUMP.

Also, has anyone created a walk through for updating to the W510 flash?
