Modding L7C from US Cellular

I cant' seem to find any info as to what I can mod on an L7C. Also when looking in the downloads section I see there is a seperate section for L7C instead of just the L7 section? Can I do anything with this phone????

Not a lot. I have the exact same phone. I put a different skin in the phone, thats it.

skins wallpapers,m ringtones. some of the v3c seem 2742 edits work on the l7c, including the ones that contain your phone lock codes

I just installed some normal l7 skins from the downloads section, they all seem to work, so I'm confused as to what skins I can actually download and use. Is there any sort of detrimental effect if there doenst seem to be one???

Probably not. The main difference between the two phones is the lack of a middle menu button on the L7c. Now this was the same with the V3 and V3c, but when you tried GSM V3 skins on a V3c, it would screw up the phone, so you had to change it. I guess this problem doesn't apply to the L7c, although I would be careful if I were you ;)

I thought about that before I took the plunge. Funny thing happened with the middle menu image though. It doesn't even show up on my phone. I know it was there from the screenshot that was shown, but when it showed up on my phone, both of the skins i installed did not put in that middle menu button.

How very strange! Wow, well I'm just glad it worked for you! That's excellent news! Mind telling us your s/w version? "Settings > Phone status > Other Info > s/w version"

Now we need a brave soul with a K1m to try a GSM krzr skin!
