M3 Skin [Release]

I know and understand that there's another thread about an M3 skin, but this thread is for the release of mine.

This new glassy skin is based on this site's theme, along with an added glass effect. Everything has been skinned, and there are no errors to my knowledge (at least on an L7). The skin has been tested and works on a V3 and an L7, but not any other phones. Use it at your own risk.

Thanks. I'll try to learn how to skin DRMs at some point and make one for this skin.
