Skin Adaption

One thing I'm lacking in is skinning and I'm wondering if anyone could adapt this skin (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=3097) to the maxx's 240x320 resolution, or at least point me to a thorough guide I haven't found yet.

To my knowledge I'd have to resize the images used (I'm not sure which ones exactly since when viewing with s4m there appear to be many duplicates etc.), then after that I'm not sure what to do with the icons. Do I upload them to e/icon like with the mod_my_moto skin? Then how to fix the menu? Thanks for any and all help!

That skin is not a split skin, just a plain 12 icons skin (I think).
Anyway have a look at this (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=140). That should give you an idea what to do.
