hey guys 2 problems the first is how do i get rid of that annoying red hello on startup using P2K commander, the second 1 is i changed the custom startup and shutdown sounds the shutdown works but the startup dosnt any help appreciated

To get rid of the Hello Moto startup screen you need to first find a 176x220 gif image also it needs to have the name custwakeup, to replace navigate to (a) drive you will see its named custwakeup theres also the shutdown screen which is custgoodbye which you could also replace. Dont forget to click the thanks Button.

still dont fully understand i changed the custom startup and shutdown but the red hello keeps coming up first can you explain in a little bit more detail please

The screen which somes first is called the boot screen (or boot splash screen or Hello Moto screen or whatever). This comes when your phone boots up. After this the start-up animation is displayed (which you just changed above as per susanu's post).

sometimes it isnt worth the trouble, besides the raw images dont look good when you convert them sometimes.
