V360 randomly powers off. what gives?

Hi, I have a problem with a V360 where it randomly cuts off. I don't even have to be doing anything, it just cuts off randomly, sometimes it reboots. Most of the time it remains on like a good little moto :). The battery seems to be good. I am wondering if this is a firmware crashing problem. Anybody familiar with this issue?

Water damage? If not, I'd say a quick reflash should fix it. Could be a loose contact on the battery, as well.

Ok I am thinking about reading the current flash and writing it back. I wonder if that is what you mean by reflash. I am also looking into new monster packs but I am having trouble figuring out what is the right one for my phone. I see things like ACR firmware but don't know if that is safe to use because of what I read about AER being sticky.

It has a good rating but how will I know if I can use it on my v360? I looked at the guides but nothing there for v360 and I really don't want to screw up my phone so I need advice.
