How's install skin STYLUS for V3 Razr

Hi !
I downloaded skin STYLUS.And I used P2KTools to install this skin. But I don't know where's folder to upload 2 file "ap_ctrl_bg" & "ap_info_bg" in my phone?? Please help me! Thanks a lot!

you don't need to upload that files (ap_info_bg & ap_ctrl_bg) they control the background in player and doesn't work on v3, it's available only for E398 and they need to be uploaded in the skin directory..:D
