Red V3m

I was wondering if I purchased a Sprint or AllTel (Red) V3m would the phone be able to operate on the Verizon network?

If you have an account with both, you can make Sprint the "A" provider and VZW the "B", its a remnant from the old days. Its in the programming menu.
