when changing splashscreen, how much memory do I need to have?If I change my flashscreen, will my saved files be deleted?Can I use only 1 gif image in changing splash screen?thanks!

When you change the splashscreen, you're overwriting the DRM graphics section (two .RAW picture files) where they already exist, you don't need to worry about memory. You will have to make sure that they are the right size and make sure to first (I know Apristel and other tutorials might say to do it first) flash a non-RSA protected file to your phone.
