No, those are two WAAAY different phones. All of the guides here:

work on a K1m (skins don't work on verizon) but they take some tweaking. That info can be found here in the forums. A good place to start would be the k1m sticky. Also if you have a question I suggest doing a search for the keywords and putting "haytr" (minus the quotes) for username, because he has posted lots of great and easy to understand K1m info
