Hi everybody!!! how are you??? I was wondering if someone have skins but with .CHM , i have some skin but I don't know how to edit or create these file (.CHM)

For which moto ? Not all skinners implementing it ! Find it on E2 OR E2 ported skins, & right click on it & press open with wordpad. Thats it, then just edit skin name & path
