Razr wont boot up after master clear

I was recently texting and everything was working fine, then i created a new message and when i would press "Sent to" it would restart, the screen would go white and the keyboard would bright up and then it would go off and then it would come back to normal. After that i Master Clear and the screen did the same thing and it just kept doing that, blank screen stays for a few secs then goes off. There is no way of turning it off now unless i take off the batterie, i tried taking out the SIM card batterie, starting without SIM card but nothing. It just keeps doing the same thing, i turn it on (after taking off the batterie) and the "hello Moto" logo appears, and it all begins again, blank screen, keyboard goes on, then keyboard goes off then screen goes off, then it comes back again and so on. I dont know what the problem is, if the master clear went wrong or something. I have tried to use RSD Lite but it doesnt recognize the phone at all. I have tried the * and # and it just shows Boot Loader

if you had RSD Programe you Can do Software and Reporgrame it by cable USB that you have dear , if you Can't or unable to Flash it Tell and i will Explain to you By pictures :D
