help...intermittent hang problems...

i just newly bought an l7i...it does this thing where it suddenly hangs up then resets back to the main screen...i went to a service center and they found a intermittent hang...so they decided to reprogram my fone...afterwards it had the same prob agen but it only happend twice w/o hanging this time...wat shud i do? is this normal? it usually happens at the message part..please help anyone...:(

try updating it using Motorola Software Update. visit the Motorola website.
