I dont know the original author, just downloaded it from the skinning forums by the name "k1 zero mod" ! Same icon set is in "Forbidden Darkness" skin by SoloRazr !

just upload the files in a-mobile folder to a/mobile of your phone and a-system folder to a/system of your phone using p2ktools !
