moto4lin is pissin me off

I was able to connect with moto4lin numerous times this summer but then I flashed and flexed my phone and ever since moto4lin doesn't seem to want to connect. I either get the "phoneis busy try again later" or the "unable to get phone model, unable to get drive name, unable to get file count, unable to get drive list" I have tried many times to no avail, any ideas?

same tech support that every Windows guy gets, applies with mac too...
1) reinstall
2) check your connection settings
3) toss computer out the window.

Have you double checked your USB ID since the flash?
