Can't Download

Why can't I download from 3M ? Everytime I try to download, it always ask my user name & my password though i'v put my user name & password, it never work.
Can you tell me why I have this problem ?

Have you disabled cookies for some reason? I haven't seen anyone else have that issue, so I'm guessing you must not have cookies enabled.

Nope, I didn't change my settings. ON November 06, I downloaded an MP, it worked. But today, when I tried to download, it didn't work.

if you downloaded once from the site and no one else has experience the same problem then I hate to break it to you. The problem is on your side, not the site.
