Problem with Flash&Backup 3

well, so i downloaded it to make a backup of my phone, but when i load it while the phone is plugged in, it just shows the alert that i only have (1-15) runs left. but when i try to press ok, it just doesn't respond, Flash&Backup 3 works when i don't have the phone plugged in (Verizon K1m) but when i do, it does not respond at all. Once i remove the USB cable, the program works again.. is there any other way to back up my phone with anything else?

Flash & Backup doesn't work with CDMA phones, sorry :(
