Song Quality Limits for L7

What are the limits of the songs I can play on the L7. For one I know the phone cannot read above 192kbps but is that CBR only? How about VBR? How about Mp3Pro? What is the max setting I can use for an AAC? 192kbps and audiophile?

vbr can not go above 192kbps

Just thought you should know what cbr and vbr stand for before asking obvious questions:

cbr - cosntant bit rate
vbr - various bit rate

And yeah the limit will always be 192 kbps, which is enough. :)

I am aware of what they mean, and I know what the difference is, I'm just concerned that apples crippled itunes with more limits than just the 100 songs.

i thought i read (in the manual, actually) that it doesn't do vbr.

it cannot recognize files that have aac extension instead you just change it to m4a.

If your songs are being played via iTunes, just right click on song and select convert it will convert it to 128KBps, but make sure u have the settings in your properties to convert songs to 128K.
