360 corruption

OK. brand new V360. i go to flash it and at 78% i get
Critical Error
80
40

SO then it reboots itself and comes with the message:
Boot Loader
08.A0.
SW Version:
R4513_G_08.B7.86R
Code Corrupt.

I fire up F&B to flash with the backup but i dont know how to use it. help me

EDIT: Tried doing the flash with F&B but then got
Critical Error
80

It shut itself off now wont turn back on

Maybe it will solve if u flash an another MP. Is the MP compatible with your phone?

yea its compatible with my phone. i just phoned the company and said that it died on me so they're sending me a new one
