how to restrict individual incoming call in L7i

In my L7i the restrict call options are [ all / phonebook / none ]
is it possible to set incoming-restriction on individual numbers or making a list where I can put numbers which will be restricted for incoming ?

I`m sorry to say that you can`t create a list of incoming calls to
restrict, but you can create a list of calls to allow via your phonebook.
