problem with iTap

Has anyone had the iTap setting stop working before? I have a L71 with lp 0015 the only thing that works is the 1 key all others do nothing. phone has never been flashed just have used p2k tools to add skins and ringtones. Its really frustating. any help.

That same thing happened to my L6 and my Krzr k1. All u have to do is save everything u have on ur phone that u want to keep like videos, pictures, contacts, etc, save them to ur computer or memory card. Then go to initial setup and master clear ur phone. I think its a lot easier then p2k programs i still dont know how to work them. If u want to try this way make sure u save what u want to keep.
