Increase volume

Well vbulletin had to have a patch since it deleted threads which were moved with a redirect, so the increasing the volume thread accidentally disappeared!

Anyway, I have created a guide on hex editing in OS X (which is what you need to do in order to edit the gain_table.bin and increase the volume), and it can be found here (http://www.modmymoto.com/guides/mac/hexediting.php)!
