Help!!!!!!!

I am trying to put games on my razr v3re.........motomidman recognizes my phone, but when I try and get a game, it tells me there isn't enough memory. Any ideas on how to change this, or what I might be doing wrong????? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Use Midway 2.8 (http://www.grapnel.co.uk/v620/files/Motorola_MIDway_v2.8.zip) and Jadmaker (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=323)... and try different com ports until it works. mine for some reason uses port 7
