software updates from motorola

if you look in the operators manual it tells you how to go into the control panel and upload automatic updates from motorola, whenever I go to the section and hit connect it says syncML is suspended, any help would be great.

is your internet connection setup?

ive seen this upgrade done on youtube. i set up the internet and still was unable to upgrade. i get to the downloading screen but it LAGS and i dont have unlimited internet. what network are you on?

I used the previous threads advice to go to hellomoto and it worked great, now I have internet, I'm with att,cingular

thats what i thought, like i said, it appears to go through motorola for the update but lags during update, like its not downloading. on you tube, it only takes about 1 minute in real time to update, but i think the guys in the UK. ill keep trying and update this thread. im about to call motorola, but i get the same message from hellomoto: your software is up to date
