Help changing the T on front LCD (Tmobile)

On my V3re, I've figured out how to:
Change Hellomoto
Change Startup/Shutdown animations
Install Java apps
Change skins
Change icons

But am stumped on how to change the T that pops up on the front LCD screen when I close my phone.

Anyone else have any clues? And if anyone needs some help modding the above, I'd be more than happy to tell the steps I followed.

Its called cl.gif and ther is a guide in how to change that. Got to run, if you can't find it, I'll link you tomorrow .
