Post-flash/flex/LP "error" on PEBL

After I flash/flexed/LP-ed my PEBL (using: R478_G_08.84.2DR_A_reflash.shx, R478_GSPV6T676LH10C_reflash.shx, and LP0003.shx), I have the following error message re-creating itself power-on Greeting:

"Flex Error: Phone Subsidy-Locked"

The phone is rockin' now, all absent of the branding, etc. - I guess I'm just a bit concerned about the message - I go and change it, but then it comes back after a while (haven't tracked exactly when, however).

Any ideas?

It means nothing, you can get rid of oit by using p2k to delete the secure_pds_init file in the a/mobile/system directory. Then, before you restart it, delete the message in the phones menu itself.
