US Cellular V3m

I have a Fire Red V3m Razr from US Cellular with a 2gb SD TransFlash card. I also have a USB -> MiniUSB cable from previous computer appliances. I'm wanting to transfer mp3s and ringtones to my phone. Does anyone know what the first step should be? I have installed drivers and what not several times and I have no clue what the next step is. Someone please help me.

i have never had a v3m but on my us cellular krzr you just go to settings>connection>usb settings and switch that to "usb drive". plug it in and it reads as a storage device and put them on that way.

now you should have two folders; mobile and motorola. go into motorola >shared>audio and put your songs there. the ringtones i just transfer over with MPT, you could do the songs that way also. i'm pretty sure these phones are very similar. if i'm wrong someone will surely say so.
