Alarm malfunction

I have a l7c and lately the alarms haven't been working correctly. One day they'll work, the next they won't. I switch back and forth between batteries and noticed the problem the last two times with the same battery (the original), but I can't imagine that's the real problem. All alarms that I set show that they're enabled, the volume is up, etc. Getting to class is kind of a big deal, any suggestions that dont include getting an alarm clock?

are they enabled once or daily/Mon - fri /weekends?

I wasn't aware that you could change them.....I just set it when I go to bed each night, it doesn't say a certain day, I'm just assuming the alarm goes off the next chance the time I set it for comes around.

oh, I wasnt sure if it was a Sprint UI thing or across the board. this is my first CDMA Moto, Im more a GSM guy so Im learning too.
