funlight questions

well i dl'ed the funlight from here and it doenst work to well, so i went over to motox and dl'ed one for the v3i, but its funlight.txt, how do i change it to funlight.pat?
im sure its really eaasy, i jsut dont know how

Just right-click and select rename and change .txt to .pat.

i found a different .pat that is really good, all the outer lights lite up when charging, so thanks for your reply, but i got it

yeah, i just had to find the right file already in the .pat, when i changed it to 'funlight.pat' it showed up as funlight.pat.txt so it wasnt working, thanks for your help though

where did you find the funlight file that has all 3 lights working? could you post a link to it? had d/loaded more than 2 dozen of them and tried it all and only the B/tooth and Moto logo lights up when I receive a call. Did you hooked our mobile to the computer while you tested it as the green charging will flash making it look like all 3 lights are working. Tia

yeah the green light only works when its hooked up to the computer and charging, to my knowledge, this is the only way to get the green light working, i tried like you, but had no success, so i settled on one that has a green when its charging and b/tooth and M when its not

Installed it and it doesn't work. No sub menu in Ringstyles, shows none. managed before with 2 lights working B/tooth and the M logo. Still can't find the 3 lights so far.

took awhile but I did managed to get it working. 2 LEDs only. Not sure which file I used in the end, lol, as I had to try many. Although the guide mentioned to install it in a/audio, found that it works in the c/audio. Thanks for sharing the file.

It has to be in c/audio on the V3i and I took that right off my V3i and all 3 lights work when charging. It should work for you.

So we can't get event lights on the V3i?
When I use the .pat file I can't get rhythem lights to work.
When I set it up and back out of the menu to the home screen I see two listings saying "Rythem lights, 1min" one on top of the other and the screen and lights will flash for a few seconds but it stops.
Did I do something wrong? I loaded the .pat in c/mobile/audio as funlight.pat.

thanx for the attachment...
i tried all these days with the funlight editor but was unsuccesful to make that small green light on the flap to work...
just what i cud do was animate the blue tooth lightand the m logo...
but now ur attachment i uploaded on my fone and till now what i see the charging makes all the three lights glow in a definite manner...
so thanx to you
i'll check now if the incoming msgs n calls work properly...

i see that none of the three light glow while an sms comes...

Used Funlight editor
Changed the priority of the Club lights, first moved the groups of club lights and then place the normal ones from 1 to 9, the changes as shown in the attachement then the Rythm lights are working fine and reacts to all kinds of sound.

But the problem is when a call comes in the phone restarts itself.
Has some one worked on this or any ideas as how to stop this.
