is your phone book available through p2k?

i made a full backup of my phone though p2k dir by dir i was curious as to if any of the files i copied off retain my phone book i have a l7c cricket i'm new to this didn't RTFM and didn't fully know what flashing with a mp does and has no value unless the phone is hosed so i lost my phone book when i try to copy it all back p2k dumps. so do any of the files on the phone contain the phone book or is that through flash only?.

You couldve used BitPim to get your phonebook, but p2k will not to my knowledge. GSM phones need to be in AT mode, but CDMA is different, and Im not 100% familiar with it.
