Anyone know the seem edit or anyother way to get rid of the gprs available icon?

....tried it again and again and it hasnt worked.

any ideas?

i never used to frikkin have it!...

but ive tried EVERYTHING and ive checked the seems using programs such as motorola-tool and that sas there will be no GPRS icon...but there still is?!

any thoughts...

oh and i have uploaded the edit seem from the download section.

Use p2k AE. In the SEEM edits section, search for GPRS and it will show you all the seems related to GPRS.

I don't remember exactly. You can try:
Offset 3F, bit 5
Offset 40, bit 1
Offset 41, bit 5
Offset 6B, bit 5
One of them should do the rick.

Hmmm ive played around with it for a bit and still no luck....

but im gonna move on and give your monster pack and try!
(im currently on yuets 1.8)

a tool named Motokit can deal with the issue on some old models, i've no idea if it works on L7, just have a try
