can't do ringtones with mpt

been searching the web for info about the razr v3re and found this site
the one problem i have is when i make a ringtone with motorola phone tools is all i get is clicking what i'm i doing wrong or what did at&t do to my phone :doh:

Would need some more info. Are you using MP3 full songs? Or just a known ringtone?
