Yea, it'll finish, but you need to unlock the phone to get rid of that mesage

Flash Archy's 08.26 Bootloader Downgrader to 07.D0 Vers (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=3000)
Then unlock with P2K Easy Tools 3.9 with V3 RAZR Profile selected

But tune on phone about 1 hour alert show "Enter subsidy password"

Don't post your IMEI for security reasons.
Unlock the phone using P2K Easy Tools 3.9 if you have already downgraded the bootloader
Make sure V3 RAZR profile is selected
