Hi , i am having motorola razr v3 , i don't know what version it is ,

of t mobile . i want to unlocked it.
can any body help me ,

Its a v3re as you know, and unlock at the moment is only possible with the subsidy code or with smartclip and smartmoto access. A smartclip is expensive but some phone repair shops have one. Some Online unlocker services might hit lucky with the IMEI, but if they don't, you don't get your money back. Best and easiest for most, is to ask your provider for the code, tell them you need the phone abroad.

thanks dumba , can u tell me if that repair shop unlock it by smart clip , then is it effect the actuall working conditions and options , later can i use it by fullest.

All that depends fully on the shop you choose, I would not know how good they might be. My advice is to ask the original provider, that is the safest. T-Mob is quite good for example if you have been a customer for a while, and also AT&T plays nicely at times.
